Hi People,

I was able to get the card to send audio out the Coaxial SPDIF (Digital)
port and also the 3.5 mm jacks (Analog) using Windows Media Center 2005 but
now since upgrading to 64-bit Vista Ultimate it seems to be one or the other.

I need both as the audio to my home theatre is digital where the audio to
the rest of my house is analog.

I have downloaded and successfully installed the latest HD Audio drivers
from Realtek, but still no lock.

Anyone got a suggestion.

Regards

Gents,

Will someone please tell me what I need to get full 7.1 (eight discrete
channels) from the spdif mini-stereo ports to either coax or toslink ?

And any suggested settings for premium sound would also be greatly
appreciated...

It's the RealTek 880v5317 dual spdif port on Vista Ultimate(32bit) on
Alienware. No problems with mic or analog/stereo.

Thanks in advance!
