I did these steps:
1. Install WinXp64 in a new installation (formating the HDD)
2. Install Office 2003 in a striped volume.

When I configure Outlook to work with Exchange 2003 SBS, the first time
works good, then I quit and when I try to open again the following error
stop me:

No se pude iniciar Microsoft Office Outlook. No se puede abrir la ventana de
Outlook. No se puede abrir este conjunto de carpetas. La conexión a
Microsoft Exchange Server no se encuentra disponible. Outlook tiene que
estar en línea o conectado para realizar esta acción.

Can not start Microsoft Office Outlook. Can not open the Otlook window. Can
not open the collection of folders. The conetion to Microsoft Exchange
Server is not avaible. Outlook have to be on line or conected to acomplish
this action.

Then I run the officeupdate and the windowsupdate and the problem is the
same

Help me please.
Thanks.
