Go Tools > E-mail Accounts > View or change existing e-mail accounts >
select the account thats giving problems, > click "Change", under Log on
Information, type in the correct username and password and check the
"Remember password" box. Click next then "Finish".
For further assistance, check the microsoft.public.outlook group.
