I need an oracle ODBC driver to connect a Windows XP 64 desktop to an Oracle
9i database running on a Windows 2000 Server.

I have tried MDAC 2.8 SP1 install but it wouldn't run in Win XP 64. I also
tried MDAC 2.8 and MDAC 2.7 SP1; they installed but when you go into Data
Sources (ODBC) drivers tab only the SQL Server driver Lists.

I went to Oracle site and downloaded and installed Oracle ODBC for RDB
3.1.0.2.0; Install appeared successful but no Oracle Driver lists in the Data
Sources (ODBC) drivers tab.

In the past I have always just installed MDAC and the Oracle Driver was
there. Is there an Oracle ODBC driver from Microsoft or Oracle for Win XP
64? If so, is there some trick to make the ODBC driver installed show up
under the drivers tab?

Thank you.

You need to contact Oracle support about this.
