I am using a trial version of Win 64 bits with great pleasure and
satisfaction. The only stumbling block is that I cannot create an ODBC for
Access and SQL.

1. It's there but does not open like Win XP 32 bits. It only offers SQL
Server.

2. As for SQL Server 2000 SP4 does not recongnize Aliases created in the
Client Manager. Thus, I am unable to create a server in SQL 2000. Is there a
way around or will a SP5 correct this?

Thank you for your help.

You need native 64-bit drivers for ODBC, you could check the
microsoft.public.access.odbcclientsvr group and post a query about this,
maybe they will give you some information about when support is coming.

Thank You Andre,

I will follow your lead. I do find it hard to beleive that they did not
consider this since they are offering Windows Server 2003 in a 64 bits
flavor.

Thank you for your response and lead.
