Where does it say the A8V wonâ??t support dual core on the AMD site? I would
think they mean at the moment until it has a bios update, but if its the via
chipset then that will effect every board using that chipset so there will be
an awful lot of people out there unhappy that AMD and via for not making them
compatible especially as it been put around that all you will need with a
socket 939 board is a bios update
