Modem does not work

After my trial copy of Windows Xp Pro X64 expired after 120 days,I bought a
new one and installed on the same machine.The installation went well except
that my modem does not work and when I go to Device Manager I see the
following with an exclamation point in a yellow.
? Other devices
?Pci Simple Communications Controller
?SM Bus Controller
I tried installing the same modem driver that I had used with the trial
version,but it does not solve the problem.

Have you checked the manufacturers website for updates?

Thank you Andre, I downloaded the latest modem driver and installed the
modem.It works now. stanj
