Most likely there is nothing wrong with the memory, here is a link to more
than 200 references with MS Word as originator:
http://support.microsoft.com/search/default.aspx?catalog=LCID%3D2057&2057comm=1&spid=939&query=The+instruction+at+0x0574be5e0+referenced+at+0x00000ba0.+The+memory+could+not+be+read.&pwt=false&title=false&kt=ANY&mdt=0&res=20&ast=3&ast=4&ast=10&ast=12&ast=8&ast=9&mode=a&adv=1
Naturally, whenever the memory is mentioned it is wise to test and the MS
Tool is probably as good as anyone - most important is that it is allowed to
complete the testrun and preferably several times.
My advice is to study the KB Link above, and see if it rings a bell. It is
doubtfull that you'll find an exact match, but something in there might well
be related to your problem. And you'll have plenty of time reading while
testing that memory! (supposing your laptop isn't your only machine. . .)
