I would like to install many of the programs from my msdn subscription on my
64bit partition.

I use the:
Image files can be mounted locally using the Virtual CD-ROM Control Panel
for Windows XP. For more information about image files, please visit the
MSDN FAQ.

from the "what's hot" page for subscribers to mount the installs as a
virtual DVD drive.

Are there any virtual CD drivers that will install on x64 (Damon Tools
doesn't work either)

I've used MagicISO for a while. It's acceptible on x64 Edition, though not as
stable as on x86, IMHO. It doesn't give you quite the experience of VCD,
unfortunately, but it does at least let you get at the insides of the ISO.
