I wrote Konica Minolta about a 64 bit driver and posted some time back
they had responded, ".. currently scheduled for a 64 bit driver release
in the beginning of March 2006. Please check our web site for
announcements on this matter".... soooooooo....... early March has come
and gone and so has middle March and it's now late March with no
driver.

I wrote 'em again and got:

"The Magicolor 2400W has been added to the 64 bit driver development
list. A release date has not yet been set for the driver. You may
continue to check our website for driver updates."

Some how that seems very different from the earlier statement doesn't
it?

Sorry, I know this is no help to anyone, I just felt like venting.

Oh vent away (I'll have a vente, while yer at it) I've been waiting for a
Konica BizHub driver since October. At least you got a reply to your query.
I can print to it, but it's slow and no tab paper supported by the one
driver I found that works. And then there's Xante... another "big name"
business player that can't write a driver... oh well...

I don't know about the W models, but their Super-Print based 64-bit drivers
are available for some DL models.

http://printer.konicaminolta.net/support/current_printers/mc5430dl_sup.htm

They released unidrv-based 64-bit drivers for those same DL models last
year.

You might try the 2430 drivers, set the Port to the TCP/IP port of the
printer... but I don't know about the W models.

Thanks, but they don't seem to work. They install okay, but I get a
"required resource not found" error when I go to print. The only driver that
I've found to work with the BizHub C350 is the Minolta Color Pageworks Pro.
Adequate, but not great...
