Internet activation

Hi, I've install win xp 64. Then it's tell me that I have to activate the
product by internet or by phone, and have 14 days to do it , if I don't do
it...what happends?. I don't have internet at my home and I can not call to
USA by phone because I live in Argentina. What can I do?

When choosing the telephone option, you select Argentina and you get most
probably a Argentina phone # offered to call.
Just like it is now with the XP 32bit edition.

Btw, are citizens from Argentina blocked to phonecall USA (just curious).

After 14 days, you can't log in without first activating. You should have a
local phone number in Argentina to call to, you don't need to call the US.

You are not necessarily calling the USA when you want to activate Windows or
Office software, its usually routed to other countries such as India or
"Argentina" where the calls are answered by support personnel.
