Instructions
a.. To run the installation program over the Internet, choose to download
the Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003 SP1 Web Install. The installation
program will install the components you select. Please select the
appropriate executable for your hardware platform. For example PSDK-x86.exe
for x86 platforms. (You can target other platforms.)


b.. To download the Platform SDK in 25-MB packages and run the
installation program locally, choose Platform SDK for Windows Server 2003
SP1 Full Download. The installation program will install the components you
select.


c.. To download images that you can burn to a CD, choose Platform SDK for
Windows Server 2003 SP1 ISO Image Download.

Both links are correct and I am able to open both. Because the link is long
it wraps. You will need to copy\paste the first part and the same for the
second part of the wrapped link into the browser ady bar. Opens just fine

If you put all the *.cab files, along with extract.exe, PSDK-FULL.bat and
PSDK-FULL.exe all in one folder, and run "PSDK-FULL.bat C:\PSDK-Install" at
the command line from that folder, it should create C"\PSDK-Install with a
setup, readme, and an autorun.inf file with 3 folders, ready to install the
PSDK.
