I bought a 56k PCI Modem that uses the Intel 536 Chipset.The manufacturer's
site has no download for Windows XP X64 Edition.
Where can I download a driver that will work?

You are best off just purchasing one thats known to be compatible.
Here are some alternatives to invest in:

Smart link has drivers for their modems, maybe you want to consider
purchasing one from them. The US Robotics 5810 ran perfectly out of the box.

When there are 64-bit drivers published, the manufacturer/vendor of the
item is the one that will have the download. So, in your case, Intel is
where you find the Win x64 drivers.

And, as I said before, the manufacturer/vendor is the entity that will
have the download:

http://downloadfinder.intel.com/scripts-df-external/detail_desc.aspx?strstate=live&productid=977&dwnldid=8723&agr=y&lang=eng&prdmap=977

Some people just don't bother to search a bit because they are impatient!
