Downgrade

if someonewanted to down grade back to there regular xp would there original
serial code work or would it thinkg your installing it on another cpu and not
work.

If you didn't use the TAP to exchange the x86 system, then the original
serial code will work. If you are not installing on the original PC then
you have license problems if OEM but should be okay with the Retail version.
You may have trouble when you go to activate, but if it is a retail version
and you are using only a single copy, you should be able to get it
activated, but you will probably have to use the telephone method.
