DesignJet 1050

Hello all:

We were thinking of migrating a few of our CAD workstations to WinXP
64-bit Edition but I cannot seem to find any information on the OS's
compatibility with large format printers such as the HP DesignJets.
Anyone successfully use this printer with this operating system?

Not used but I checked the inbuilt driver database and the HP DesignJet
range seems to be covered from the 200 to the 755 with also a C3180A driver
at native (64bit) level. Also there is an HP-GL/2 Plotter driver which, as I
recall, is the one I used to use for the DesignJets at work...

I have a HP Deskjet 9670 with the auto duplex attachment and x64 picked it
right up with no problems.
