Hey everybody, it is my 1st time here. I just bought a new motherboard (ECS's
nFORCE3-A, socket 754) and an Athlon 64 CPU to go with it. Well I purchased
Windows XP x64 and installed it. I have an always on cable connection, and
the 64-bit Internet Explorer works like a charm. However, the 32-bit IE
always gives me the error "The page cannot be displayed" no matter what I do.
I can't do Windows Update at all. Anybody know what I can do to make the
32-bit IE work? I can provide more information if what I provided wasn't
enough. Thanks in advance.

Known problem:

Unfortunately, the built in nVidia firewall product appears to install at
least some portion of itself even if you've never chosen to install it. And
this appears to interfere with 32-bit programs. The solution is to install
the firewall program if it isn't already installed, and then uninstall it.

Thank you! I re-installed Win Xp x64 but this time didn't install the nForce
firewall. It works now, thanks a lot bro. Consider yourself rated. :)
