If you are using IE 64-Bit you will encounter this problem, not until web
developers start writing compatible web based extensions will you able to
get support for content on web that requires whatever such an ActiveX
control you mention requires. In the mean time I would recommend you use 32
bit IE instead. I see IE 64-Bit more of a developer tool at this time, some
sites support it, but its few.
